Age Well CA is a partnership of non-profit organizations representing older adults and people with disabilities and some of the state’s leading philanthropies. Together, we are committed to advancing an expanded state vision for supporting Californians as they age — one that aims to give everyone a choice in where they live and how they receive care across their lifespans.
